Wrap Up from Time Trials

There are a couple of special rules placed on us by FME

• There is a hard cap on the meet time because school is still in session. It will be 9:30pm
• If your kid did not legally swim breast or fly today, they need special permission to swim those strokes Monday. Casey and Dawn may have to pull some events if your child was not close to legal.

Things we need to work on:

1. When the ref blows his long whistle, everyone needs to be quiet. The marshals will be a lot more forceful about enforcing this in the future.
2. It is horrible for your times to bask like a sea lion on the pool furniture during the meet.
3. There is to be no playing in the pool during a meet. Water guns, splashing, dangling feet in the water are forbidden. …..And most importantly, you may not flirtatiously fill a swim cap with water and dump it on a person of the opposite sex to try and gain their friendship, influence or their number! (11-12 boys and girls)
4. Keep track of your belongings, a number of items were lost already today. If you did not do this already, put your name in your team shirts!.
5. No walking behind timers during races!!
