Hello Families, 

Tomorrow is the 44th Herndon Olympics! Please read everything completely and carefully as there is a lot of information.

Opening Ceremonies: The KC parent who is organizing the opening ceremonies to gather in the baby pool area by 8:55am.

Officials: Uniform is white shirt or blouse over navy blue shorts or skirt with white shoes. This includes Refs and Stroke and Turn Judges.

Volunteers : Volunteers should sign in at the volunteer table located at the entrance of the parking lot. They are still in need of many volunteers and ask that every parent that has a child swimming volunteer. Hiddenbrook makes up a quarter of the entries so we should take a quarter of the volunteer spots. The meet can not happen without the support of all you amazing volunteers.

Morning Session & Morning Relay Take Off Judges: 

Volunteers should report by 8:00

Afternoon Session: Volunteers should report by 11:00 or the Afternoon Relay Take Off Judges: Report at approximately 12:45 before the start of relays.

Road Marshals: Report 5 minutes before your assigned time.

Meet Schedule: Order of Events 1st Session (Starts at 9:15am) See attached timeline

Age group relays - Freestyle - Backstroke

2nd Session (approximate start time is 11:30)

Breaststroke - Butterfly - Mixed Age Relays

Team Area: Same as previous years. See Map.

Parking: Street Parking is available throughout the Kingston Chase neighborhood but be prepared to walk a bit.

Warm-Up: We will warm up @ Hiddenbrook from 7:45-8:30, not at Kingston Chase

We will then walk / drive / bike to the pool.

There will be no other practices tomorrow since the coaches will all be at Herndon Olympics
