On July 1 Hiddenbrook is hosting an Individual Medley (IM) Carnival. This means that the only event will be IM, and we will be including the other teams from our Monday night developmental league (Pinecrest, Fox Mill Woods, Fox Mill Estates, and Herndon Rec). 

We are asking for entries a bit earlier than usual, the deadline for sign up is this Sunday June 23 at 8 PM. This will give us enough time to plan out timelines and create heats. 

The meet will be structured across two haves. 

Half 1, 12 and Under swimmers, warm ups from 5:25 to 5:45, 6 PM start time

Half 2, 13 and Older swimmers, warm ups approximately 7:35 to 7:50, 8 PM start time (dependent on when the first half ends) 

Since our goal is to accept all qualified entries, we will be trying to fill each lane of each heat. That means there will likely be heats with mixed ages and/or genders. This is similar to our normal heat combining at B meets to ensure we end before 10 PM.  

All teams will be on the gas pipeline, similar set up as Divisionals last year. 

The theme is red, white, and blue.

1) Please declare your swimmer(s). Note that only swimmers with legal times in all four strokes should enter. Swimmers do NOT need to have a legal IM time to enter.

2) Please sign up to help with the meet - we will need lots of help. Sign ups are broken up across first and second half.
