Time Trials on Saturday
Hello Swim Families!
In preparation for our upcoming Time Trials, please see below for all relevant details.
Who is eligible to swim? Everyone on the swim team, except waterspouts
Everyone will swim all four strokes, there will be no IM or relays. If your swimmer does not know all four strokes then we will not make them swim all four. We want to get the top times from everyone so that we have the best representation of our team when we swim Vienna Aquatic Club the following week
Please declare your swimmers participation on the swimtopia site
Volunteers: We still need many volunteers. We can’t run the meet without your help. Please sign up today.
Per NVSL standards, all officials should wear a white top and navy bottoms.

Return to Team Area:
Once swimmers have completed their races, they will be escorted by marshals back to the team areas along the deck of the pool, please make sure they return to the team areas and do not leave the facility, go to the playground, or hang out on the bleachers.
Other items to note:
- We provide complimentary water to all meet officials (timers, stroke and turns, ref, starter, marshals, team reps, clerk of course, announcer, etc.)
- Make sure your swimmers get plenty of rest and arrive Saturday ready to swim fast.
