Hello Teams, We are just a few days away from the 42nd Herndon Olympics! Please read everything completely and carefully as there is a lot of information.

Opening Ceremonies: The KC parent who is organizing the opening ceremony would like all coaches and banner carriers (coaches please choose who you would like to carry the banner) to gather in the baby pool area by 8:55amam before show time. Also, please bring your team's banner.

Team Official Information: Please pass this onto the parents from your team who have volunteered for official positions. Uniform is white shirt or blouse over navy blue shorts or skirt with white shoes. This includes Refs and Stroke and Turn Judges.

Volunteers : Volunteers should sign in at the volunteer table located at the entrance of the parking lot. If there is a last minute cancellation by a member of your team, it is your team's responsibility to fill this spot. We've had several teams sign up for many slots are so appreciative. However, we are still in need of many volunteers and ask that every parent that has a child swimming volunteer. Morning Session & Morning Relay Take Off Judges: Volunteers should report by 8:30 Afternoon Session: Volunteers should report by 11:30 Afternoon Relay Take Off Judges: Report at approximately 2:45 before the relays start. Road Marshals: Report 5 minutes before your assigned time.

 Age group relays - Freestyle - Backstroke
