Herndon is experiencing dangerous levels of air quality, so all practices today will be canceled.
Tomorrow we have our closest meet of the season at Vienna Woods. Rest up, stay indoors, and get fired up for what will be our best meet yet!

A tough loss, we were favored to lose by about 40 and that is what it ended up being.
That being said we toughed out 6 relays, including two great anchors by Caroline Cassara and Cole Blandon
